Winery

In the heart of a small Moldovan village stands the Cainari Winery production hall, an unassuming building with a rich history etched into its weathered walls.

Originally built in 1954 on the site of an even older winemaking cellar, the hall is filled with the spirit of tradition that has been passed down through generations. The Cainari family’s winemaking roots trace back to 1888, when the first vineyard was planted by the great-grandfather, a man known for his devotion to the land and to his craft.

Over the decades, each generation brought something new, from old clay amphorae to modern oak barrels, each used to age wines that tell the family's story.

Each year, during harvest season, family members gather here, working late into the night, tasting, laughing, and sometimes whispering the old tales passed down through the ages.
